so, you said you missed talking about bella and jamie, so random question, but !

how do luke, jack, and quinn react to her and jamie ? are they overly protective or is it all just a funny thing that they all just accept ?

quinn takes it the best out of all three of them to be honest. a good mix or caring and just being happy for her. he's always been the staple of calm and collected especially for bella and he's also been the one who is constantly giving her relationship advice so he already knew about the two of them but didn't know who it was for a while.

jack kind of surprised her but also kind of didn't in a way since her and jack have always had more of a best friend relationship with each other than sibling relationship. to be honest, jack doesn't give a shit

(which is shocking compared to all of my other au's and things i've written... also i forgot they were twins and i swear i thought they were a year apart. wtf emma? maybe i'll change it. i probably will, and then her and jamie would be two years apart which just adds to the cougar thing. guys lemme know)

but he just is like okay. he does still make sure that jamie is going to treat her right and after that he takes him in as a brother and the two will start ganging up on bella and trevor

now luke... luke takes it the worst because that is his big sister. he's proabbly the most protective of the three of them (maybe on the same level as quinn but because he expresses it in a more blunt and assholey-way that it makes it seem like he's more protective)

anyway, he's not a fan of their relationship at all for the first couple of weeks. he doesn't like that jamie jokes about her being his cougar, he doesn't like that quinn and jack are so fine with the two of them dating. and it's not even that he doesn't like jamie because he doesn't really have a reason not to like him.

but it's more because after her high school boyfriend who was a grade a dick, he just doesn't want to see her hurt again because that was a rough time for her.

so, yeah. luke is not a fan and will grill trevor about him to get information out of him. eventually he settles and will grow to love jamie and bond with him so much... just not for 2 or 3 weeks.

so let’s do when they aren’t dating

so it’s a year after they’ve broken up and trevor’s already realized how much he’s screwed up by saying shit to her.

shes talking with some guys at a bar and trevor is completely losing his shit. he’s gripping his beer bottle tightly, death starring the three of the guys that are flirting with her, constantly running a hand through his hair.

quinn’s laughing internally because he’s the only one who knows that they were together.

and when they are together… if they’re around jack or anyone else it’s usually just trevor bumping into the guy or ‘accidentally’ cutting in between them.

if they’re just out in public by themselves or once everyone knows, he’s full on wrapping his arms around her waist behind her, resting his chin on her shoulder and just shooting the guy a smirk.

then if he doesn’t take the hint he’s turning his head and placing kisses on her neck and murmuring what he’s planning on doing to her once they get back to his apartment or wherever they’re at.

okay, what about trevor and chloe sneaking around and almost getting caught?

how often does this happen?

oh ! is there ever a time one of them almost spills that they're together?

ah! so

the first time they're together, no. the first time it's mostly just them being experimental in a way and they're also trying to not draw attention to themselves. therefore it's mostly just them in her dorm that most of that part of their relationship happens

BUT AFTERWARDS

yes ma'am

one of the times, the ducks are playing the devils and the canucks back-back-back, and she's living in anaheim so it's not techincally unusal to see her at a ducks game anyway.

instead of wearing one of jack or luke or quinn's jerseys she wears trevor's to both, saying she wanted to 'fit in' more. anyway, the four of them are over at her house and she had gone off to her room and a few minutes later trevor walks in. they just starting exchanging a lot of little kisses and gigglign and whatnot, chloe praising him about the game bc even though he didn't score the ducks still won against the devs.

they start to heart footsteps and they just pull away, chloe immediately making trevor trying to grab something from her closet up top in an effort to make it seem like he was in there for a legit reason when luke came in.

it does tend to happen quite a lot but they still trying to keep it under wraps.

and there is a time that chloe almost spills everything to quinn and cole. obviously the cole one happens before he finds out and it's one of the times chloe had come to visit him and they're just hanging out and she just wants to tell him so bad.

and with quinn it's different because she's always told quinn everything because he's her older brother and he's been there for everything. and after what happened in 2021 with trevor she wants to change his opinion about it but she wants to make sure her and trevor are stable and things like that before she does.

okay trevor’s fave moment with chloe - honestly he has so many - but his current favorite one is the where he sees her concert for the first time!

they’re all in detroit (cole, jamie, mason, and her brothers, and christopher briney - one of her besties) seeing her all for the first time in fact. he’s just having so much fun watching her sing and do her thing.

and this is actually when they hard launch! they plan it before and she ends up bringing him on stage for the surprise songs where she sings i can see you as her song and then illicit affairs and until i found you and she’s wearing his jersey bc detroit does not follow the rules of the tour

he comes out during until i found you and stephen is also there as a special guest and he’s just playing the guitar as chloe and trev have their little moment as she sings during the slower part of the song. (i’ll put it in later)

he’s just so proud of her and it’s probably one of the more important steps in their relationship (this will be fic)

and then chloe’s fave moment is when she’s singing him one of her new songs she wrote, about him ofc. this is probably espresso or juno

it’s one of the first times she’s played him a song in a long time and it’s the first happy one she’s written about him so she’s so smitten about it and she’s all flustered but trevor just makes her so happy so she’s also being praised constantly throughout it
